Before the billet era was just the stock head modified to the block I was not there to know the exact details.

This one look taller than the others in the market. But the water outlet is optional, usually they don't run water true the block since the block is filled. Just an little water true the head. The fitting in the front is water some use the ice water from the water to air intercooler system

Not have !. The timing Chains design was kinda drama. You couldn't shave much of it

There is an guy who is building an DOHC 3TC 16V head Emiliano Rosario he is on 3tcgarage fb page.

interesting that all of the information that I just read stated that the 4Y engine would not hold up to high RPMs. So no use sinking time chasing that bit of effort.
