^^How do you like the 4 carbs?
Re: Zx-6R throttle in a 3t engine
there great they just need more of a cam and compression to make a big difference but they are way better than the stock carb

Anyway you could compare them to a 32/36?
Re: Zx-6R throttle in a 3t engine
bro the r1 carbs revv fast man. theres no real way I could compare them man they are right there when you hit the throttle man but top end wise I feel as if the cam or the compression needs more to make the 3tc make more power.superdevil wrote:Anyway you could compare them to a 32/36?
Re: Zx-6R throttle in a 3t engine
Is the manifold still available I have a set of gsxr 110cc carbs off a 93 and I need a manifold n how much do the jet kits cost or which ones do I even buy? Stage 1?
Re: Zx-6R throttle in a 3t engine
Stage 1 on r1 carbs but if you. An use stage 2 on your gsxr carbs go for it play with the jets and set it right a lil rich in idle but as far as the intake goes i went to the home depot and got a hole drill bit to make holes in metal set it up on the press then cut the intake flange out of 1/4" steel and used steel pipe that measured almost the same size as the carb outlet in diameter and heated it with a torch and got the proper angle and then cut radiator hose to connect the carbs to the intake and used hose clamps
I mig welded the pipes
