clutch issues

recently started my 72 te27 and am having troubles getting it to go into gear. with the car off it will go into all of the gears with no problem. however once i start the car and have it running it does not want to go into gears 1-5. no grinding or nothing it just does not want to do it. with reverse it starts to grind and thats where i stop. any ideas on what the problem might be?

Try to bleed the hydro clutch. If it doesnt work, Check Master / slave cyl, and lines.

problem solved. i replaced the slave cylinder and now everything shifts smoothly.
