I wonder if anyone has flow tested that gato intake, or any intake for a 3tc just to have performance numbers to compare.

They definitely have allot of hype around them...

If am not mistake on the old board toyota3tc HPD (Devin) and Eville had both custom intakes with incorporated velocity stacks. Both was having leaning issue in 2 3 cylinder !

So i think design matter much when it comes to flow ;)

Thing is the velocity stacks that protrudes out into the plenum in a turbo intake wont work as good as one with them flushed mounted on the plenum, and the cast versions that have better lines inside the plenum are the best of them all, here is something something i found about it!

Here is one i made a while back, i have made two of these same style for the 3tc, just the demand is not high

That is a nice one, i never dig the injectors in the underneath, but that is just me, i always like how they look on the top!

Thanks, i think is just a cleaner look and thats what the customer wanted :D
