Corolla 77 torque bar

Hi!
I would like to instal one torque bar to my frame to differential
Their is not very much room, where should i instal it?

i bought those, i just gona have to get the metal bars and choose the size to fit them.
Is it possible to install it from the rear?

does it need to be make like a Y
or it could be only one bar that goes from the diff to the body ?
Does it need to be two torque bar or only one could work?

I will likely be going with a rear setup similar to this. I don't know if this will work with a stock exhaust system but it is a nice setup.
