Clutch for a 3tc with w50 tranny

So Im about to get a w50 already set up for a 3tc. So can I use the 3tc clutch? Is the input shaft splines the same?

the shaft spines is bigger on the w50 tranny. Here is the lynk for the clutch you need...

So this will fit the 3tc pressure plate? I have been looking at some kits and they are bigger. This is my last question about it, I know more about engines than clutches and trannys. Thanks man!

Yes, it will fit the pressure plate and flywheel.

Thank you for that link! It's just what I need for my W58 to 2T/3T gearbox conversion.

if you dont mind me asking, how was this tranny prepared?

adapter plate? because i have one with adapter plate, and wonder if the shaft would have to be shortened bacause of this...

nope but they have told me to weld the 3tc bellhousing to the trans so it has more room to hold on too but I used the adapter plate and that clutch it works well just do a normal break in and your set
