Weber DCOE installation???

Post by Cochese35 »

I just got myself a pair or 45's that came with a canon manifold and linkage included. Anybody have diy threads or at least an idea of what changes or adjustments I need to make? Help a brother out!!

Well there are lots of websites and weber tuning sites out there. Spend a day looking around and you will find lots of info. So you have the webers so I assume you have headers already. Every single link will tell you that you need a high volume low pressure fuel pump. (3-5 PSI) Weber sells some good ones. Also a good ignition system, MSD, coil, wires, plugs. Many people say that they dont work that well with a stock engine. 45s are too big with no cam or head work. After that comes the tuning, fuel, air, pump jets, emulsion tubes, ventury size. Remember these are 4 carbs, so if you need something you need 4 of them. Like they say, speed costs!
