New here but have been building classic toyotas for a decade. My shop JSP primarily specializes in fabrication work on AE86 and other toyotas.
long story short, I used to compete in formula drift with this car but it got way too expensive so now I am converting it to drag racing. I'm putting together a very simple combination to get the car back together and to the track.
f22 engine
gforce 4 speed
strange 9"
Garrett gtx4202
turbosmart
haltech management

The honda engine has been in the car 5 years and has been very reliable. Also being able to rev to 9000rpm will help spool the large turbo.

The engine is mostly stock right now so about 600hp. After the cars finished ill start building a 11-1200hp engine. Should go low 9s with this engine and low 8s with the built engine. But we will see. Hard to tell till you hit the track. Curb weight should be about 2100lbs.
