I have a leaking intake gasket and want to rebuild my old carb since Ill be pulling it.
Since I'm rebuilding I would like to change my jets..
What Main and Secondary jets should I use on my 3tc?
I want optimal performance not economy.
Any other parts to modify while I'm in there?
Thanks everyone.
What jets to put in my webber 32/36?

Kenny.
A few things here:

I suggest calling them about the synchronous throttle linkage kit. And ask them if there are any different size venturi (choke) available for your Weber to go with jet changes.
However performance over economy usually means doing things to improve air flow and fuel flow to extend the rev range. Stock 3Ts usually run out of cam at 6000rpm so any carb Toyota puts on runs out of air and fuel flow capacity around that mark as well. Then the motor valve bounces not much above that.
So think about your engine build. Cannot get much more than stock unless you improve the air flow of the engine.
