Smog test result: Failed

Wondering if anyone had a few pointers. I'd rather spend a bit less, than just paying the shop. At 80$/hr I might only be able to pay for the diagnostic. But if I got any help before hand that would be great. Thanks in advance!

Got it to pass with some float adjustment, unclogging intake tube from egr and new cat
