You will also need the rear half of the driveshaft from the same car. The housing for the disc brake rear is a bit larger (6.8" crown/ring gear instead of 6.3") so the driveshaft from the AE86 with disc brakes is also needed. I think the brake system out of an rx7 gsl-se can be fitted to the corolla rear end with lil mod

You can fit the ae86 rear with disc brake under the A te72 but will need a rim with an inch more on the back spacing cause it's a bit wider than the drum brake one,it happened to me I had to send the baby supras to get cut on the back , but with e weld drag lites no prob. Cause they are 4.5" rear spacing
