I took a long time to put my engine in the bay because I hadn't a lot of time.
That's no done and the engine started this evening.
first rpm :

I have now to install an electric fan, plug the coolant circuit on the heater system and fit a new clutch cylinder.
After I will have to concentrate the work on the body and the suspensions.

Hello everybody,
My car is now "roadable".
I have painted satin gray myself after long hours to prepare the car. Without cabin but the result is good. Has you can see the stickers are "Mitsubishi Zero" styled. I putted it for fun and now will probably keep it.
I have alot of work to finish it (fender flares, deep dish wheels, front spoiler...)
I have fitted AE86 D2 Coilovers .... was a big job (on the front 3 holes on the top are not the same, and on the rear, completely different). I couldn't fit the original D2 rear springs on the coilovers because the top dôme was too small. So I have fitted the shock absorber only and AE86 -50mm springs (yes, the AE86's front springs fit "bolt on on the rear of the TA40).
The engine run fine but Mikuni 40 carbs are to small for my setting, I have good torque on low and mid range but the engine "turn off" after 6000rpm. I will fit Weber 45 with 38 venturi.
So I will come back to you as soon as I have some pictures or vids to post.
