This retard systeem is use as Two Step antilag to build boost at the starting line

When I lock my dizzy, I just remove the weights and put the springs back. Never heard of anybody else doing it like this but it works for me. easy peasy.

Even when writing it could be sometime hard to understand things,
no wonders why comprehending verbally in real live could be so mixed up. ahhahah

All the Piping is done, in 2 days the fuel and liquids are gona be in place,
I might buy the MSD 6 BTM or the MSD Boost timing master Part#8762

I can only speak from my own experience here - but - I very quickly grew to dislike my MSD BTM module. :(
Mine could only be set to pull from 1 to 3 degrees per PSI of boost but it did so from the VERY FIRST PSI of boost. I found the need to leave all my timing in the engine until at least 10psi boost. My engine did not respond well at all to having timing pulled out as soon as the turbo took its first breath.

It may be crude but I would look at keeping your 3 stage timing retard and setting it with 3 Hobbs Pressure switches so you could leave plenty of timing in the engine till the boost was humming then retard it a certain amount. Once boost reached another level pull some more timing out and so on.

My favourite method for managing the timing is a cheap 2nd hand ECU so I can use 3D timing mapping. Of course I'd never use it for fuel injection as the resolution and processing speed of an ECU can NEVER match the infinite resolution of a carb!!! :twisted: :lol: :mrgreen:
