how do the rear left and right quarter panels towards the rear by the trunk? notorious for rusting out..

How much to cut the lower rear quarter panels by the rear trunk below the bumper? Left n right? Shipping to bay area CA?

It wasnt rusted its just too bad i already dumped it.
