Cut TE27 for fender flares or DONT CUT???

I need everyone's opinion, I have my TE27 Rust free and we are finishing up the prep work to get her ready for paint. Now my question is Should I Cut the body for the flares or not?

Its your car if its a car that's completely original down to the paint I would not cut it up. If you are completely restoring it and going to go with custom wheels lowering etc. then I would definitely customize to my likings and install the flares. No matter what you do if it is done properly the car will only increase in value. Flakers will be the only ones that would criticize such a thing. Cut Them and build what you like.

You don't have to cut anything to install flares just drill the holes.
