got above lying around, wonder if I can swap it into a 1979 corolla liftback? what rwd transmission can it take pls?

I know you can swap the 7A block on the t50 tranny but a 5A I never heard of that but , maybe on a 4age forum somebody can give you more advise!

all "A" blocks take the same bellhousing... so your 5AFE should use a T50 fitted with an "A" series bell. You do have some choice... some bellhousings have the clutch fulcrum arm on the left, others on the right.......
