The car is fairly complete it has a 18RC with an automatic transmission, the interior is mostly there, body is really strait, and has minimal rust (driver rear quarter has some surface rust).
The car definitely needs windshield and the drive-train and brakes to be gone through.
Car will come with steel wheels.
