Charger/Electrical problems[Solve]

I am having trouble with the electrical in my car. If I don't use the car for a day the car dies. I recharged the battery with a tender. So i replaced my external voltage regulator because the old one was was making a clicking noise and was hot. But that didn't solve the problem and it was still running hot. So i replaced the main relay and same problem. So i basically has to keep the car under a battery tender. I really doubt its the battery or the alternator. But any suggestions would be appreciated. I am seriously stumped.
