Wheel Fitment

Post by lvsanchete72 »

Hey guys, a question about wheels. I am looking for something that will be close to being flush to the fenders.
The suspension at the moment is 2' lowering springs in the back with a shorter shock
and the front I converted to shorter stroke shock with red/gold coilover sleeves.
This is the front:

I will most likely lift the front a bit more and I was looking for wheels in the 15x8 range.
I saw some rims on craigslist that are 15x8 114.3 bolt pattern, and with a +18 offset.
I was wondering if they would fit my car.
It is a 1981 Corolla 2 Door.
and if it does happen to fit the car what kind of tire would I need to pair ? 225 ?235? ? and also what thickness ? 40 or 45 ?

Thanks in advance, if this post is in the wrong section let me know.

:D
