How do you know what parts you have and not know what they mean? You pretty much saying what they are. So think of the carb as having two sides or function. So this is a 32/36. The 32 will be your primary and 36 your secondary. When you are driving the main one you will be using is the primary. The secondary opens at higher RPM. I would switch the air jets. By "rule of thumb" You need like 50 more than the gas. So 120 gas 170 air. If you put 120 gas and 210 air I think you will have a problem.
