So as many of you know,im a sucker for old corollas.
i saw this one online,i emailed the guy and bought it.
it turns out the car was one mile away.its crusty and its dusty..i love it!the car has been sitting for 15 years.i was able to fire it up first try.im going to run through the car to see what it needs before its roadworthy.this thing needs a good cleaning forsure.i plan to daily it and have something fun to drive while my other 2 corollas are stripped down.i already had a great first experience with it.i had thrown some spare rollers on it to unload it off the trailer,a tire had gone flat and the car got stuck at the very end of the trailer..so when we were rocking it back and forth i had fell through the trailer and cut my leg up.lol it was great.

I went through the car today,i found a rats nest under the seat.they ate threw the carpers,luckily nothing else.
i pulled the seats so i could tear out the carpet.found alot of trash and bones..nothing cool though.
i washed the exterior and got 4 inches of dirt off of it.
I pushed it in my garage next to my mango until next payday.im going to flush out all the fluids,put new hoses,belts,wheel cylinders, brake pads and clean out the tank.i forgot to take pictures of the car after i washed it lol.

Those look like big ass bones to be from something the rats ate. I think something died in there! Was the car in a flood? I have never seen a car muddy outside and inside the engine bay thats not in a junk yard. Good luck with the restoration, looks like everything is there except the interior......................and now the rats.

Lol one of them did die in there,i found a skull !lol.
it is wierd we dont get alot of rain in az so i dont understand why it was so dirty,there is more rust in the engine bay than the outside of the car.
i think a battery exploded inside the bay.
the car has been sitting since 1997 so i guess that would explain it.
And it was never garage kept:/
