NICE. did you use the same carbs that you had on the 2TC?

Yes, I used the OER racing carbs that was on the 2TC. They are great and still in production in Japan.

I tore down the 2TC engine to find 3T stamped on the pistons. The crankshaft is a 3TC also. I was sold this engine thinking that it had golfball pistons in it.

Did i see a hi volume oil pump there too?

It appears so.

I inspected the pistons and there are a bunch of hair line cracks in 1 and 2 and the 3rd piston has a huge crack between the first and second rings. The block seems good though. It could use a fresh coat of paint and a metal head gasket.

Question, where should I buy pistons from? I've seen Arias from Paradise Racing, Wiseco from BRDracing and ebay, and I've recently come across Supertech pistons. Recommendations are appreciated.

Go with Paradise Luis will give u advise and he is the best customer service all around, u will not go wrong with him.
