Going to paint it when the rack and pinion is on place.
Toyota didnt sell me orginal 3tgteu one so have to make it from and old 2t dizzy.

This isn,t going too good
This is with new cheap main bearings. So measured the caps, 4 of those cos the machine was too small for measure the 3. cap.
1= 62.012
2= 62.032
3=?
4=62.041
5=62.037
and crank was:
1= 57.965
2=57.970
3= 57.970
4=57.970
5=57.960
IF the bearings are 2mm there is 0.077 oil clearance in 5. I ordered std king bearings and try with those, lets see how it goes.

Are you cutting the crank down ?

Good measure method
No, i dont cut crank. I ordered better quality bearing and installed those.

Has been while
Just boughted nissan 200 sx front end, few pics of them compared to te71
te71 bush is 12mm hole and nissan is 14mm
Controll arm bolts are: te71 10mm, nissan 12mm
+bigger brakes
+better bearing
+No ae86 prices
+same bolt pattern
Nissan crossmember is also quite similar only 0,5cm differense on the bolt holes.
