New member from Canada

Post by gotae86 »

Hey guy,

I wanted to say hello to the board. I've been cruising this forum for the past couple of days. I bought a 2/3tc engine that I'm swapping into my 85 Corolla in Edmonton, AB, Canada. I feel like this board is full of good information and members. Hopefully she'll be running within a couple of weeks and drivable within the month. Fingers crossed.

Thanks.

Here's the engine I'm currently working with.

And here's a side shot of my drift-mobile.

That's a blindingly bright white valve cover you got there. 8-)
Your drift car looks like a lot of fun.

It was bad lighting for the valve cover. I'll be spraying it with more color later one. I just want the thing to run as it has been sitting for the past 5 years.

Yes, it's a custom header. The guy I bought the engine from made it himself. Luckily he had this setup in an AE86 so it clears the steering rack and column.
