Re: 3sgte rwd conversion
oh and how much power you wanting to make? the w55 style box is great for the street but if you're making good power and running slicks at a drag strip then you may want to consider the r154 box or something stronger from another manufacturer.

Re: 3sgte rwd conversion
all the rwd toyota bell housings that are easily adapted to the 3sg will upright it, meaning the oil pickup and sump need changing. also when uprighting, the engine oil collects on the exhaust side of the head due to the oil drains being on the intake side. you'll need to account for this with extra...

Re: bitsa ke74 wagon 3teu project
Thanks. it's nothing pretty at the moment. The red is not original either. it was 033 white so i'll likely repaint it back original once the rust work is finished. Heiska, k-t bellhousing i've seen sell for up to nz$350 here. one day i'll finish and manufacture some upright k-t bells as there's stil...

bitsa ke74 wagon 3teu project
I've had this wagon sitting on the lawn for about a year. Felt like I had to save it as the previous owner wasn't having any luck selling prior to going overseas and it was cheap for the rolling chassis. So this is how i got it. made up an A-frame to tow it home. http://www.toycrazy.net/mark/pics/ke...

Re: 3sgte te72
nice mike. one day i wish for this setup in my ke70 coupe :) Could you list the combination of parts you've used for the bell, flywheel, spigot bearing and starter motor? this info is asked about so much, yet so many ways of doing it that it confuses people. I'll take a punt that you've slotted the ...

Re: My TE72 Project
nice start to your project. that Louvre must be pretty rare. is it branded? any idea who manufactured it? I can identify your grill as from the early type sprinter sedan. the S badge = sprinter. See this site for japanese E7 model specs http://www.group5-web.com/e7/ For your radiator, consider getti...

the profile of E7 tail lights are different between the body styles. so make sure you're buying the correct one for body type. this pic compares *coupe* tail lights. should be pretty self explanatory

Re: Roys Corolla TE71 GT coupe.
kind of glad you've removed the 'crown of a flower' sticker heh. OST.. the factory black handles are actually plastic. can grab them from the coupe/hardtop or liftback body. sedan and wagon show a different part number so not sure they'll work on the coupe but they look the same? There's a change in...
