Re: Te71 Coupe

A gearbox crossmember to suit the W box into E7 is from the A6 series celica/carina. the auto crossmember almost bolts in. need only about 3mm slotting of the holes. but box will have slight offset to one side. It hasn't affected my con...

Re: starlet stock efi setup
If you have electrical and tuning knowledge, have you considered using the kr42 7k-eu efi intake and megasquirt or similar ecu? you'll need to give the head ports a bit of a grind to match since the 7k efi has larger square runners, or use a 3k bigport head which is a close match around 30mm diamete...

Re: mazda b2000 pistons for 3tc
did you ever measure the compression ratio with 3sge beams piston fitted? Re: Drifting w/ 3tc?
using N/A engine you need to be able to rev it hard! like the red starlet in this vid (4ag on bike carbs) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPlTFsWd8Jw A free revving and balanced engine will assist you. drifting requires a reliable setup. It is a big pain if you're constantly retuning carbs, or snappi...

Re: TE72 diff
ae86 6.7" diff will bolt in. you also need the handbrake cables to suit disk brake. from jdm te71 levin/trueno/GT. not sure if ae86 ones have the same attachment at the handbrake? If you have a 2 piece driveshaft, the rear half is too long if you originally had a smaller diff. the 6" and 6...
