are they not available from ADDCO? is ADDCO not a good choice? just a thought I bought an ADDCO rear for a 76-77 liftback celica and put it on my 75 liftback it fit like it was made for it. good luck with the search.

The only times I have ever broken a transmission was pulling hole shots or hard shifts at high rpms, I don't do those things any longer I will push it to 7500 at times but the shifts are smooth as I can make them, at that rpm the engine will stay on the cams as long as I stay in the gas. there have been times when new parts just fail, understanding it is not exactly the same but I went through 3 ecu's from the parts store recently for a car I was working on and all three were bad right out of the carton the 4th cured the issue. it might possibly be that the alternator was built with...
