Hi Joey,
got my adapter plate today! It got stopped by Customs who added their pound of flesh!
It looks great mate, thank you. It will be a while before I get to use it but as soon as I do I will let you know and post pics.
Cheers,
Brian

Re: DCOE tuning issues
Yes you can run those on a stock engine. Obviously with a better cam they will both work to give you more power. But they are just carbs and can run at any engine spec. Check your float levels. Make sure the floats have the correct amount of droop........15mm I think for Webers. When you close them ...

Re: W58 VS Mazda turboII gearbox
If the Mazda has the AZ6 box , Lexus IS200 J160, I would say the W58 is stronger.

Re: Hello from Scotland!
Thank you for the welcome! About 160ftilbs. It's more so because of my diff (4.6) which means it pulls 5th gear like a train. It's so easy to just floor it without changing gear and that's what puts strain on the layshaft and kills the Input bearing. I've one T50 box left and I'll use that whilst I ...

Re: W58 to 3tc adapter plate
Please tell me these are still available?! Unlike Bubba I do blow T50boxes! I have a W58 with the steel sandwhich plate from a N/A Supra and I need to mate it to my 2T/3TG engine. This looks like a life saver! 8-) I don't abuse my T50 but the torque destroys the Input bearing and they are unobtainiu...

Hello from Scotland!
Hi Guys....I'm Brian from Scotland and I run a TA22 with a 2t/3t twincam. I've been a Toyota fan all my life and used to be a mechanic back in the 70's which is where I got the love for all things TA22! I restored one a few years ago and sorted the engine, suspension and brakes but I've blown 2 T50'...
