Solved! 8-) I was poking around under the hood this evening and noticed the red wire to the choke was looking kind of wonky. I had also noticed the choke had been less than responsive since I changed the oil so I broke down the wiring connector, un-kinked the wire and ensured it seated in the connec...

And yes, I checked the belt and it's tight. Checked wiring and everything is nice and snug.

Morning! I did a routine oil and filter change this morning, same as I always do. But when I get in the car to start it up, the CHARGE, SENSOR and BRAKE lights all stay illuminated! Right on, thanks for the starting point. I know getting this carb to where I want it will be a process, but it looks like that stock 3tc in your post will be a good jumping off point.
