Specs for valve adjustment (3tc)

Hi does someone know what is the specification for the valve adjustment of a 3tC motor
I found 2 info in 2 different sites:
one says : .014 intake & .016 exaust
the other : .008 intake & .013 exaust

wich one is good ?

Yess i have changed the vaccum´s location if this is your question,
Here is the new look with the carb and bonet,
Still not shure how to block the dizzy like you guys suggested me?
