a LOT depends on what variables Wideco used when calculating the compression ratio. I know for a fact that they, and other piston makers screwed up 4AGE ...

This head has a potential client... in an AW11 from Cally.... waiting on his shop to get the block finished.... before he pulls the trigger......
been a while but OST-039 now has an owner... chamber volumes are equalized, depth of cut will determine final chamber volumes

ASSUMPTION: 310 cam is 310 degrees duration? Not knowing the 3T as well as I know the 4A... it is likely you will need a few thousand dollars worth of supporting parts, and machine work to properly run a 310 duration cam.
If you are prepared for that kind of expense, I'd say new pistons at the ...

4 angle valve job work ?
can't be sure if I see what you are seeing, but what appears as a 4th angle is the throat of the seat, that will be blended into the surrounding bowl
bowl and seat clean up go a long way to improved flow.... ;)
